How will I book & pay ?
Payment can be done by all Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Simply click the " Book Online " button on the excursion page and fill in the forthcoming booking form duly. Once you approve your booking (s) you will be taken to the secure payment system of Yapi Kredi Bank ( Unicredit Bank's enterprise in Turkey ). As the whole payment procedure is carried out by the bank, we will not have your card details or access to them.

If you are like us, you planned your trip to a tee! You researched and found the best excursions, the highest rated boat trips and adventures to make your holiday amazing. How is your plan protected? On our excursions you are protected by full insurance included in our prices. Yes, all of our activities and excursions are fully insured and you do not have to pay any extras.

Will I get a Ticket ?
Of course, right away. Once your payment is approved by the bank the ticketing in our system will be initiated and a confirmation mail containing your ticket (s) will automatically be sent to your e-mail address.
Simply print out the attachment (s) to use as your ticket (s).
Please remember to check your junk & spam boxes, in case you do not see the confirmation mail in your inbox.

What should I do if I cannot print my online ticket ?
No problem. If you do not have printing facilities, make sure that you note down the "Ticket Number" displayed on the upper right of your voucher and send a text message to +90 553 259 2481 or an e-mail to [email protected]  quoting the ticket number and the fact that you will be travelling without a ticket.

What should I do if lose my ticket ?
No problem. If you lose your ticket, please act as explained in the preceding article.
If you do not have the number of your missing ticket, make sure your message includes some essential information to help us to locate your ticket in our system ( e.g. your name, accommodation and the name / date of the excursion )

How to claim your free excursions ?
By email. Please do not book your free excursions online. Please email your preferred date and time for the free Turkish bath as well as the number of adults and children after you have booked and paid for your other excursions with us online. Please quote your ticket number in your email.

Where and How do I get picked-up ?
Main Entrance of your hotel is the meeting point. You will be notified by an email, if the pick-up point
is other than your hotel's entrance. Our guide / driver will have your name on the list to avoid any confusion.
Guests arriving by Cruise Ships will get picked up from outside the main entrance of Kusadasi Port.

Do you pick-up from any hotels or some certain ones ?
We pick-up from all accommodations. We know all the hotels and apartments of the region. So do not worry, we will, surely, be there.

Are all pick-up & drop-back services free ?
Most of our tours include free pick up and drop back from and to your accommodation in Kusadasi, yet some of the tours and areas may require additional costs for this service. Please see the details on the link below

Should I notify you my room number after my arrival ?
Yes please. It does makes things much easier. Having your room number is highly essential for a smooth and problem-free pick-up service. It enables us to reach you through your hotel reception if you are not at the meeting point at the required time or to inform you when any pick-up issues or any changes appear regarding your excursions. Do not worry, there will be no marketing whatsoever. The same niceties apply to email addresses and mobile numbers too.

How do I notify you my room number ?
After your arrival in your accommodation, please send us an e-mail to [email protected]  or a text ( SMS, WhatsApp, Viber ) message to +90 553 259 2481 including your room and ticket number (s)
If you have multiple bookings through us, please make sure that you mention all your ticket numbers so that you will not have to do same procedure for each ticket again.

Will there be someone from your company to assist us ?
Our resort representatives will be at your service everyday from 06.30 am to 23.00 hrs

Do I need to confirm my booking after my arrival in Kusadasi ?
Not needed at all.
The instant ticket you receive right after completing your booking signifies that your name is securely put down on the passenger list for the excursion and the date you have chosen. Thus no further confirmation is necessary.
